Givtogo provides AI-driven gift recommendations and product discovery tools. We curate recommendations and direct users to third-party merchant platforms to complete purchases.
2. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure
Givtogo participates in various affiliate marketing programs. This means:
- When you click on links to merchant sites (such as Shopee, Lazada, Central, Klook, GoWabi, etc.) and make a purchase, Givtogo may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you.
- Givtogo is not a seller or merchant. We do not sell, ship, handle, return, or refund any physical or digital goods listed on the site.
- Product pricing, stock availability, and specifications displayed on external merchant sites take precedence over any data displayed on Givtogo.
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, branding, and design assets on Givtogo (excluding merchant trademarks and product images owned by their respective sellers) are the property of Givtogo and protected by intellectual property laws.

Givtogo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product purchases made on third-party merchant websites or service disruptions on Givtogo.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
